A girl I knew once said… someday I will marry this man
Remembering those words I could hardly wait for that moment
For I knew how much this young lady felt for this wonderful man
Looking through her eyes you could see her true admiration for him
Listening to her words you could feel how she adores him!
Miles away I wonder if this man feels the same
His a lucky guy I may say
For again someone who is deep and true still is passionate about him
For once I thought about the feelings
Come a night when I question
Things may looked bright… but fate has its way
Yesterday was good but tomorrow is different
The time has come for me to ask once again?
The word is said the answer is hanging
The feelings remain but the quest is fading
I wait for you as I listen… it’s the same admiration…
It’s the same longing
But this time it’s a special story.
A girl I know is strong…willing…wanting and waiting
Though the affection remained, the love is defining
Truth is its fading
Mutual relation is ending but friendship is about to begin
The journey is unfolding, true love, true meaning
To accept is a reality, to forget is your destiny.
